The staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating, the common areas were fun to hang out in, I met warm and friendly people, I wish I could have stayed more. There is a cool vibe in this hostel. You can cook food in the kitchen if you want to, there is free food, I loved the kitchen's design. I also liked that the hostel was close to Milan Central station, it wasn't difficult for me to find it after arriving in the bus from the airport. It was also easy for me to visit Como and comeback since the train station is close. Metro station is adjacent to the train station, to visit Duomo take the yellow line to San Donato.

Very centrally located, 2 minutes' walk from the airport buses and Milano Central Railway Station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and open 24 hours a day. Dormitories were comfortable, bunk beds equipped with reading lights, electric sockets and plenty of luggage storage space. There was an evening bar, a chill rooftop lounge with hammocks, and comfortable chairs plus a kitchen for self-catering. The breakfast downstairs was great. All in all, it was a fine place to start and end a trip in Italy as it is so we'll equipped and centrally located.

I loved the sense of community between staff, travellers and locals. It is such a nice mix of global travellers and locals who just hang out or work there because it is a great place to be. It is really well run and people are warm, kind and welcoming, early or late. It felt very safe too. In terms of travelling it is a great based for the city of Milan with links from the airport dropping you 200m away at the central station. The central station will get you to loads of the main destinations in Italy and Central Europe. Many nights they provide free food (pasta, bread salad) which is tasty and substantial. There is also a kitchen on the top floor where you can cook food, but they provide pasta fruits, vegetables and other essential, free of charge!! The bar is fun and the paid food from the kitchen is good and affordable. On Sunday nights there is a family dinner where you can join in with preparation or just sit down and enjoy. Thanks Anthony! Absolutely every night has some sort of entertainment, whether it is karaoke (be prepared) or live local artists. Again, the central station is nearby and there is a surprisingly good food market, similar to Timeout. It is literally around the corner and open early to late.

The room I stayed in was nice, in terms of size it was enough for 5 people we were staying in. as for the accommodation in general it was very nice with lots of spaces where you could relax. the breakfast was very nice and relatively rich, the staff was pleasant and smiling. it was also only a few meters from milan's main station where one can take a metro, train or bus to get to either the city center, the airport or another city. in general it was a very nice experience and i plan to visit again when i go to milan again Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Brilliant hostel! Every little detail has been thought of, there’s some free food in the kitchen to be able to make meals for free i.e. pasta and tomato sauce, some vegetables, some fruit also for breakfast on the go. Free dinner every night at 8pm! Comfy rooms and beds, clean, great location so close to the station. Friendliest staff, lots going on if you want to get involved but also doesn’t feel ‘forced’ like some other party type hostels!!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, location is UNBEATABLE, right next to the Central train station, with easy access to the metro. Very social hostel, with activities every day/night, but also really chill if you don't feel like joining (eg: they had a party with a dj set one of the days of my stay, the ground level was really noisy and crowded, but once I went up to my room I couldn't hear a thing!). Daily pasta buffet and free welcome drink were also a great surprise, made me want to come back again and again! Peak hospitality!!

I've stayed at Ostello Bello once before. Best location a few minutes from Milano Centrale. Ostello Bello, is a nice nice place, nice staff, nice guests, nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast. Three nights in May 1st-4th, a comfortable bed in a room with 6 bunk beds. Simple style. Bring a small padlock for the storage of your bag(s) and personal stuff for the bathroom, that's all. As a single traveller, when in Milano next time I would definitely choose Ostello Bello again.

This hostel is a great place to stay! 8 mins walk from train station. There is a good vibe here and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and included. Rooms were good size with on suite bathroom. There is free pasta every night at 8pm, and a kitchen with free food and tea and coffee which you can help yourself to. Saw lots of people here cooking and hanging out. There is events every night at 9pm. Drink prices are reasonable. The terrace is really pretty and they have a nice chill out room. I am a solo traveller over 40 and felt comfortable here. Mostly young people but saw a good age range. Iv stayed in 2 ostello bello hostel now and i think they are great!!
